Healing Roots: Nervous System Regulation
This program is designed to teach coping skills that help regulate the nervous system for people who have experienced adverse childhood events (ACEs).

This 75-minute class is for anyone going through Perimenopause, Menopause, or Post-Menopause. It will help you learn how to take care of your body with healthy food and movement.
